At Truska we provide a range of web related services and, as with all computer services, have to offer a reliable support service. This is done using the telephone and broadband services. In an effort to reduce costs, and lost time chasing round telephone systems when problems occur, we switched our telephone call and line services to Clarity Telecom. In addition we then switched our Broadband (ADSL)
account to Clarity and have arranged for a number of our clients to either sign up or switch their broadband to Clarity. The service is 2nd to none. In the event of a problem we have one number to dial and it is answered quickly by a human, no "dial this for that" and "that for this" before we even get through to someone who may be able to help.
The addition of the new message pad service, available free to us as a Clarity Customer, has revolutionised how I work when on the road. The ability to quickly and easily record a message which is then seamlessly sent to my email in-box has proved an invaluable tool.
