Our firm approached Viva Systems at the end of February 2010 with a goal to getting some ideas in moving the business forward.
We had an initial consultation with Lisa Barwise who explained the options available to us and the types of services that Viva Systems offer.
After careful consideration of all the services available to us we decided to get a 'Clarity Report' on our business. This involved a number of consultations with Lisa during which we were taken through detailed questionnaires which really targeted the necessary areas of our business. We found this particularly useful as it allowed us to look at the business from a totally different view point.
On completion of our consultations with Lisa we received a comprehensive 100-page document outlining the suggested strategies and ideas we had discussed. This obviously allowed us to revisit the areas we had discussed during our consultations and develop any potential ideas further.
